Using 3D-CAD software as a tool, we engineer the individual parts ready for manufacturing. Testing various parts is done by using 3D simulations and prototyping. To create a product that’s efficient throughout the complete production process, our team is constantly making the transition between the design and existing manufacturing techniques.

 

Design for manufacturing

 

Our goal is to design a product that is easily and economically manufactured. The importance of designing for manufacturing is underlined by the fact that about 70% of manufacturing costs of a product (cost of materials, processing, and assembly) are determined by design decisions. Therefor we provide the right guidance during this important phase of the product development. Simulations are made during these advanced stages of the engineering and prototyping phase.

Manufacturing

 

After finalizing the market-ready product, we provide all the technical 2D drawings and 3D files needed for production. We have built a wide network of providers in the industry, in Europe and overseas. We will refer you to the right manufacturer and provide guidance.
